History
We are working to preserve the historic heritage of Sullivan, Maine and the booming 19th century granite quarrying industry through demonstrations and museum exhibits on. Come learn about the unique geology of Maine, stone working techniques, the quarrymen’s life, and how their work is still contributing to our community and beyond.

Sustainability
Join us in our organic gardening initiative, where hands-on opportunities await volunteers and apprentices eager to learn sustainable living skills. Together, we honor our families' legacy in the Back-to-the-Land movement through restorative agriculture.

Art
We encourage art in all its forms, fostering a vibrant community for creativity. Painter's groups regularly enjoy the peaceful quarry scenes, and budding artists can explore new media. Join us and cultivate your creativity in an environment that celebrates innovation and expression!

Outdoor Recreation
We are dedicated to building, maintaining, and mapping beautiful trails for biking and walking enthusiasts. Explore the trails and bring a picnic to enjoy at the stone tables by the quarry.

Community Events
With the help of talented local and visiting musicians, engaging educational experiences, and fun-filled pizza parties, our dedicated volunteers have made each event a memorable occasion. Proceeds from our events help support the development of our historic preservation, education, and agriculture programs. Join our mailing list below for updates on events!
